Battle for ADC deepens as Atiku, Mark reject verdict, APC dismisses interference claims

The battle for control of the soul of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) has intensified following the Federal High Court judgment nullifying the emergence of former Senate President David Mark and other national officers of the party, as well as the processes that produced former Vice-President Atiku Abubakar as its presidential candidate for the 2027 general elections, with rival factions trading accusations and threatening further legal action over the future of the opposition party.
