Fenerbahce manager Jose Mourinho has addressed reports claiming that he is poised to sign Al-Nassr talisman Cristiano Ronaldo for the club.

Ronaldo, who has been instrumental to Al-Nassr’s success since signing for the club in 2023, is reaching the end of his contract and speculations have linked him to Mourinho in the transfer market.

Addressing the rumours, Mourinho dismissed them as “ridiculous”, joking that Ronaldo would only make the trip to Turkey for food or to see him.

“News about Cristiano Ronaldo to Fenerbahçe is ridiculous,” Mourinho said.
