TPR: FIRS migrates from e-Tpplat to TaxPro –Max

The Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) has announced that the annual filing of Transfer Pricing Returns (TPR) and Country by Country reporting notifications has been migrated from e-Tpplat to the TaxPro-Max platform.

In a statement, the agency said taxpayers are now required to file their transfer pricing returns and CbCR notifications on TaxPro-Max using their regular login credentials and that prospective taxpayers have till June, 2024 to fulfill all pending filing obligations of their transfer pricing returns and submissions on TaxPro-Max.

It said the administrative penalties previously imposed or to be imposed by the Service shall be waived those who comply but penalties shall be imposed on any taxpayer who fails to comply accordingly.Taxpayers may also choose to re-file returns previously filed in the old platform (e-TP Plat).
