Mowe Golf Town has delivered its first completed homes barely 11 months after breaking ground, a rare feat in Nigeria’s real estate sector that underscores speed of execution, investor confidence, and delivery credibility.

The official handover to early investors marks a defining milestone for the estate, translating promises made at inception into tangible ownership.

Homeowners are now taking possession of their properties—clear evidence of Mowe Golf Town’s capacity to deliver on schedule and scale beyond expectations.

Speaking at the handover ceremony, the Chief Vision and Strategy Officer, Barrister Labake Adetunmbi, said the development’s rapid progress reflects deliberate planning and a disciplined execution model, even as the estate moves into a new phase of expansion.

“What we are witnessing today is the outcome of intentional planning, disciplined execution, and an unwavering commitment to our investors. Less than a year after breaking ground, we are handing over homes and simultaneously expanding into apartments, affordable housing, and wellness-focused living. This confirms the strength of our development model and the dedication of our team. Mowe Golf Town is evolving from a project into a thriving community—this is only the beginning,” she said.

Adetunmbi noted that the milestone signals a transition from a conventional housing project to a fully integrated community. Riding on its inaugural success, the estate is rolling out new residential products, including modern apartments and affordable housing options, designed to widen access to quality living without compromising standards.

Beyond traditional housing, Mowe Golf Town is also introducing an agricultural community lifestyle and wellness development—an innovative concept that blends green living, wellness, and community-driven agriculture, positioning the estate at the forefront of sustainable residential planning.

Reinforcing investor confidence, the Chief Legal Officer, Barrister Adaku Chibuike-Ochiuwa, said strict regulatory compliance and investor protection remain central to the project’s philosophy.

“From inception, our priority has been to ensure that every structure delivered within Mowe Golf Town is supported by solid legal frameworks, transparent documentation, and full regulatory compliance. Real estate is built on trust and long-term security. Delivering the first homes within 11 months proves that due diligence and speed can coexist. We remain committed to safeguarding every subscriber’s investment as the project enters new phases,” she said.

The milestone further strengthens Mowe Golf Town’s sustainability ethos, positioning it as a holistic destination for living, investing, and long-term value creation. With additional housing products scheduled for rollout throughout the year, the estate continues to scale its vision—moving decisively from construction to community, and from promise to performance.
