Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca has issued the most recent team update ahead of his side’s Premier League match against Manchester City on Saturday.
Maresca’s squad comes into the game off a 3-1 victory against Wolves in their last Premier League encounter.
Man City, for their part, are coming off a 6-0 victory against Ipswich Town.
Speaking at his pre-match press conference on Friday, Maresca said both Levi Colwill and Enzo Fernandez ‘could be ready’ to face Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium.
But Romeo Lavia will miss the Premier League clash against his former club.
The three players were all absent on Monday evening as the Blues defeated Wolves at Stamford Bridge.
“Probably Levi and Enzo could be ready [to feature against Man City],” Maresca told reporters. “It depends on today’s session.”
Maresca also provided an update on Cole Palmer, who was a doubt to face Pep Guardiola’s side.
“He is better,” Maresca added.
“He did an unbelievable effort to play against Wolves and he is getting better.”
