The Enugu state indigenes living in Anambra North, Artisans and street traders in Onitsha have endorsed the Senator representing Anambra North senatorial district, Stella Adaeze Oduah for tenure in the senate.
The endorsement which took place at Sharon hall Onitsha had in large numbers Enugu state indigenes, who took turns to extol the level of development senator Stella Oduah has brought to Anambra North zone.
The Chairman of Enugu state indigenes, Chief Paul Nebo emphasized on the need for all Enugu state indigenes and indeed all non indigenes living within Anambra North to vote for Senator Stella Oduah due to her indiscriminate distribution of dividends of democracy to the district.
“It’s only a person who is performing and has continued to perform that will continue to receive applause and endorsement from his or her people. And that is an example of what Senator Oduah is getting from all nooks and cranny of Anambra North.
“Senator Stella Oduah has performed beyond every expectation and has touched a lot of lives positively, and the testimonies abound” Nebo stated.
Also, the artisans and street traders in Onitsha North have endorsed the return of Senator Oduah to the senate based on her track record which they said was unquantifiable and unprecedented.
Some of the traders Mrs. Uzoamaka Oji, Mrs. Onyinye Nwachukwu, Mrs. Adaobi Ejezie and Judith Onuka described senator Oduah as special gift from God to salvage Anambra North from its backwardness through her developmental projects and programmes.
“The reward of good work they say is more work. For the past seven and half years, Senator Oduah has performed wonderfully well in spheres of life.
“She is not just the best performing senator. But the Senator has been graded as best in giving hope and being a voice to the downtrodden. Through her Ego Mbido Afia initiative, she has been able to bring thousands of women out of poverty.
“Notwithstanding, Omueze has successfully installed over 2,000 solar street lights across the zone. Thereby giving light to every nooks and cranny of the zone and returning night trading
“Going through her track record, artisans and street traders thought it wise to support a performing Senator who has her people at heart. A vote for Senator Oduah is a vote for a more prosperous Anambra North” Mrs Oji stated.
The DG Senator Stella Oduah campaign organization and former Speaker Anambra state House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Eucharia Azodo in her remarks emphasized the need for everybody to rally round the performing senator Oduah.
She reeled out Senator Oduah’s achievements, including her works as a former minister of Aviation which was beneficial to Enugu people and South East in general.
Azodo said that the bill sponsored by Senator Stella Oduah on the establishment of Southeast development commission, which has been passed and awaiting presidential assent, will engineer tremendous development in the southeast.
“What this southeast development commission bill means is that our Senator is not just thinking about only Anambra North development but indeed southeast.
“Anambra North has a quality Senator that we can’t afford to lose at this time.Let’s vote PDP to continue with the developmental trajectory of Senator Stella Oduah” she stated.
