Tourism minister attends Future Hospitality Summit in Riyadh

Nigeria’s Minister of Tourism, Mrs. Lola Ade-John, attended the Future Hospitality Summit held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, this week from Monday, April 29 to Wednesday, May 1. The minister was accompanied by Alhaji Nura Sani Kangiwa, the Director General of the National Institute for Hospitality and Tourism (NIHOTOUR) and an aide.

Among the speakers at the event were Mohamed Ali Rashed Alabbar, Founder and Managing Director of Emaar Properties, UAE,  Dr. Ghada Shalaby, Vice Minister,  Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities of Egypt; Abdulla bin Touq Al Marri, Minister of Economy UAE;   Gloria Guevara Manzo, Chief Special Advisor, Ministry of Tourism – Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and many others.

The Future Hospitality Summit brings together the world’s most influential hospitality   investment decision-makers to connect, exchange knowledge and explore new partnerships. The summit in Riyadh Saudi Arabia brought together leaders in the tourism and hospitality sector from more than 40 countries.  It took place at the Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Hotel, Riyadh. The event theme is “Invest in Tomorrow: Today, Together.”  The summit is organised by The Bench, a hospitality development consultancy group.
