As the year begins, so many people including celebrities have begun implementing their resolution and one of such persons is Tommy Barivure Faith. The tall and pretty model, who emerged winner as the Face of Casino Club 2017, believes in the mantra of “Inner peace is the height of success” and she has set out achieving her goal for the year.
An indigene of Ogoni LGA in Rivers State, Faith was crowned recently at the just concluded Global Migration and Empowerment Summit 2017 held at the Conference Hall of the MMA2 in Ikeja, Lagos. She beats other pretty contestants to clinch the coveted crown and will enjoy 12-month contracts with the management of the prestigious travel club among many other perks for the duration of her reign. The highlight of the event was the presentation of a 2017 Toyota SUV to the chairman of the club, Dele Michael, for his doggedness, determination, team spirit and as overall recruiter in the club. Earlier, Michael had spoken about the power of networking as he described the growth of the club that started gradually to now boast of 150 members. There was also presentation of certificates of recognition to outstanding members such as Remmy Okorie, Barry Bastodel, Oamen Phil, Onyeocha Chinyere, Prince Declan, Ufala Omini Grace and Obiowo Ruth.
In his presentation, founder of Casino Travel Club, Kelechi Okorie, harped on the need for shared relationship that makes everything works. Mr. Folorunsho Coker, Director General, Nigerian Tourism Development Corporation, NTDC, represented at the event and Mr. Pius Fadaka also a member of NTDC Board encouraged Nigerians to seek adequate information before travelling abroad as they reeled out the advantages of the sector in the economy.
To spice up the event attended by many dignitaries including Wing Commander, Captain James Williams (retd), are top comedian Da Preacher, Wazobia Revolution and a dance duo, who sent the audience into frenzy with their unique talents.
