Rep. Tunji Olawuyi Ajuloopin, member representing Ekiti, Irepodun, Isin and Oke-ero Federal Constituency of Kwara has replaced the 2021 Ajuloopin Digital Empowerment Programme (ADEP) with Ajuloopin Education Grant for students of his constituency in tertiary institutions across the country.
The 2021 ADEP that was earlier scheduled for November have been suspended for issues bothering on technicalities
The lawmaker in a statement said the move became necessary to help students in need of education grant and assuage the feelings of those who had earlier applied for ADEP 2021.
ADEP has now been rescheduled till 2022 when all technical issues must have been resolved.
The student according to the Federal Lawmaker must be from the constituency but could be studying in any of the public institution in the country.
He added that the gesture is to help students from the constituency for payment of tuition fee, adding that this would help to address some of the challenges bedeviling them.
He stated that interested applicants are to download application form that would be provided electronically, adding that the form would be filled and attached with passport and scanned same back with other documents to “[email protected]”.
He added that each mail would be dully acknowledged to let applicant know that such application has been received.can
The exercise would begin from November 30th, stressing that criteria for the grant include: A copy of admission letter, copy of applicant last semester result, copy of school Identity Card (ID card), copy of applicants voter’s card and a copy of National ID or NIN number.
