QNET has outlined its strategic priorities for 2026, reaffirming commitments to ethical entrepreneurship, consumer protection, and transparent stakeholder engagement during a New Year media webinar held Thursday.
Speaking at the session themed “Setting the Narrative for the Year,” the moderator Kolade Dominate welcomed media stakeholders and emphasised the importance of clarity, intentionality, and direction in shaping public understanding of the company’s operations in the year ahead.
In his opening remarks, the Deputy Regional General Manager, QNET Sub-Saharan Africa, Cherif Bassirou Abdoulaye Sarr, reflected on the company’s engagement with the media in 2025, noting that collaborative efforts helped address misconceptions, improve public awareness, and strengthen confidence in QNET’s business model.
He stated that the company would deepen its focus in 2026 on innovation, strategic partnerships, responsible entrepreneurship, and transparent communication, guided by the theme “Energised Every Day.”
According to him, consistent value delivery through wellness products, entrepreneurship opportunities, and open stakeholder dialogue remains central to QNET’s regional strategy.
Also speaking, Regional Legal Counsel for QNET, Kwasi Fredua Agyeman Danso, highlighted the critical role of the media in ensuring accurate information dissemination and correcting longstanding misunderstandings about the company.
He noted that sustained engagement with credible media platforms enables the organisation to clarify its operations and reinforce trust among consumers and regulators.

Providing further insight, the company’s Sub-Saharan Africa public relations leadership highlighted ongoing initiatives to strengthen transparency, including journalist participation in international conventions, regional engagement forums, and product education expos designed to improve understanding of QNET’s offerings and market impact.
Delivering the keynote address, General Manager, QNET Nigeria, Ayokunmi Solesi, said the 2026 theme reflects a deliberate shift from reactive communication to proactive narrative building anchored on facts, consistency, and stakeholder engagement.
Reviewing the company’s 2025 activities, Solesi explained that QNET prioritised moving conversations from controversy to contribution, from misunderstanding to clarity, and from speculation to fact-based engagementparticularly around ethical entrepreneurship, regulation, and consumer protection.
He outlined three strategic pillars for 2026: entrepreneurship development, compliance and consumer protection, and product innovation in wellness.
According to him, ethical direct selling can expand economic opportunities in markets with limited formal employment, while strict adherence to regulatory frameworks and zero tolerance for brand misuse or fraudulent recruitment remain non-negotiable.
Solesi added that increased investment in research-driven wellness solutions reflects changing consumer awareness and the company’s commitment to improving quality of life responsibly.
He described Nigeria as a critical growth market for QNET in Africa, with plans to deepen public education on direct selling, strengthen regulatory collaboration, and reinforce transparency in consumer engagement.
Reaffirming the company’s relationship with the media, Solesi said journalists remain essential partners in shaping informed public discourse and building long-term trust.
“As narratives become grounded in facts and sustained engagement, confidence in the brand will continue to grow,” he said, expressing optimism for a productive and impactful 2026.
