Put Oduduwa House in order, or…

• Apostle Adeyeye charges OBJ

By Oluseye Ojo

The prophetic voice of Apostle Jeremiah Adeyeye, founder, Clear Revelation Ministry, Ibadan, Oyo State, has echoed loudly again. Yesterday, he shared series of divine revelations concerning notable individuals and the nation.

He sent a clarion call to former President Olusegun Obasanjo to “put his house in order. He should heed God’s directive to utilise his resources and influence to restore order in his homeland before his time runs out.

“God said he should set his house in order because the time is near. That is, he should use all what he has in his capacity to put Yorubaland in order before he goes.

“All God’s messages that I told him when he was in government and after, which he failed to follow, are still affecting the nation till today.”

Adeyeye noted that prior to the 2007 general elections, he implored Nigerians to give Obasanjo another chance to govern the country. He asserted that if Obasanjo had got another term and the late President Umar Ya’Ardua, did not come in as president in May 2007, the political upheaval that culminated into security threat and instability threatening the corporate existence of the country would have been averted.

Obasanjo, who served as civilian president of the country from 2009 to 2007 and military Head of State from 1976 to 1979, clocked 88 years on March 5, 2025.

Adeyeye also revealed what God showed him the future of Nigerian politics, as he offered guidance to current and aspiring leaders as well as to the populace at large.

One of his striking assertions was narrowed down to President Bola Tinubu: “God has shown me that there is a terrible gang-up against him, which could destabilise the nation.

“President Tinubu should pray very well for him to complete this first term alive. If he does, he should not contest for a second term.” He warned that violent groups are allegedly planning actions that could result in significant upheaval before the upcoming elections.

As for others eyeing the 2027 elections, Adeyeye advised them: “Pray against sudden death, otherwise they will die before the elections.”

He also foresees a potentially historic return for former President Goodluck Jonathan in 2027, should he choose to run, irrespective of political party he might represents: “Nigerians across the nation would reward Dr. Jonathan because of the sacrifice he made in 2015 when he willingly surrendered power to prevent massive bloodshed in the country.”

He described Jonathan’s decision to concede defeat as an act that showcased his commitment to peace. He cited prior warnings he offered Jonathan back in 2013 where he foresaw the diminishing trajectory of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

He asserted that God could bring Jonathan back to power: “Dr. Jonathan has the mind of God. He showed it when he turned down the USA proposal on same sex marriage. Also when he decided to leave office in 2015 to let peace reign in Nigeria based on what happened before, during and after the general elections.

“It would have been war and bloodshed if he refused to leave office. I told him in 2013 when I did world press conference that he might be the last PDP President. God can still bring him back to office once more if Nigeria still stands as a nation.”

He advised Governor Seyi Makinde to seek the face of God on his political ambition, post-2027 so that he would continue to be relevant in the governance of the country.

Adeyeye, who said the Northern region of the country has plans concerning the 2027 general elections but did not elaborate, urged Northerners to “stop all what they are doing if they don’t want Nigeria to break early.”

The cleric advised a gospel singer, Evangelist Tope Alabi, to examine her spiritual life, and ensure that she does the right things always.

Adeyeye enjoined the Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Abimbola Owoade and Fuji musician, Wasiu Ayinde, to pray against sudden death.

On his message to the whole nation, Adeyeye referenced Isaiah 1:1-31, and advocated accountability and transparency, justice and fairness, moral integrity, participatory governance, rule or law, building of strong institutions, empower citizens, fulfilment of civic duties and promotion of well-being of the citizens.
