Provoking Divine help (part 2)

EXPERIENCE

Prayer is regarded as the most crucial engagement of the Christian in his relationship with God.

The subject of prayer is a very critical factor in the life of a Christian.

The bankruptcy of prayer is the reason for frustration, stagnation, and failures in life.

We do not have a glorious future without a deliberate, habitual life of prayer. Jeremiah 33:3.KJV. 3 “Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and show thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.”

Habitual daily prayer was the life of Jesus. Mark 1:35.KJV. 35 “And in the morning, rising up a great while before day, he went out, and departed into a solitary place, and there prayed.”

Prayer is an unshakable strategy that provokes divine help. Psalm 121:1-2.KJV. 1 “I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.

2 My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth.”

God is the source of our help in life; our help comes from God and not man.

Man is merely a vessel that God uses to pass through to help and He can choose to use any vessel He likes.

Prayer is a major medium through which we connect with the help of God. Heb.4:16.KJV. 16 “Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.”

Prayer is the spiritual channel through which the help of God is released.

When a man is prayerless, he will be helpless.

To live without divine help is to live in frustration, stagnation, and defeat.

You need the help of God through prayer because there are certain situations in which man cannot help you.

It is pertinent to note that there are certain things that the Lord can only reveal to you in the place of prayer. Prayer strengthens your relationship with God and until you have a relationship with God, He cannot help you. You must be in constant communication with God for you to provoke divine help.

If you make a man your source and ignore prayer, you will live a frustrated life. The help of man is limited but the help of God is limitless. Jer.17:5-6.KJV.5 “Thus saith the Lord; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the Lord.

6 For he shall be like the heath in the desert, and shall not see when good cometh; but shall inhabit the parched places in the wilderness, in a salt land and not inhabited.”

To live a life of continuous progress, you need the help of God. Zechariah 4:6.KJV. 6 “Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of the Lord unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the Lord of hosts.”

Your fulfillment in life is defined by the help of God, so to continue succeeding, you need the help of God and to get it, you need to pray. Acts 26:22.KJV. 22 “Having therefore obtained help of God, I continue unto this day, witnessing both to small and great, saying none other things than those which the prophets and Moses did say should come:”

Continuous progress in life is a function of continuous help from God; to achieve this, you must engage in continuous prayer.

Make prayer a part of your lifestyle. You should never be reminded to pray. You do not pray because you have challenges, you pray to maintain your relationship with God.

Nothing eliminates struggles and stress like divine help.

When you make prayer your lifestyle, the help of God will never cease flowing in your life.

A colourful and fruitful life is a function of continuous prayer.

If any family, nation, church, or business must grow, you must engage the weapon of prayer.

When you are not praying, it shows in everything about you. Struggling becomes inevitable.

You need the help of God to avert every satanic plan that could hinder your advancement in life. 1 Cor.16:9.KJV. 9 “For a great door and effectual is opened unto me, and there are many adversaries.”

You do not have to fold your hands waiting for satan to clear your way; you must rise in prayer. Matt.11:12.KJV. 12 “And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force.”

Beloved, do not neglect prayer as it is the channel through which you commune with God for His help to be established in your life.

PRAYER OF SALVATION

Romans 10:9-10 says

“that if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth, confession is made unto salvation.”

 Kindly say this prayer aloud;

“O Lord God, I come to You in the Name of Jesus Christ.

Your word says,”…whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved” (Acts 2v21).

I ask Jesus to come into my heart to be the Lord of my life. I receive eternal life into my spirit and according to Roman 10:9, “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thy heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved”,

I declare that I am saved; I am born-again; I am a child of God!

I now have Christ dwelling in me, and greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world (1 John 4:4)!

I now walk in the consciousness of my new life in Christ Jesus. Hallelujah!”
