New beverages berth in Nigeria

CWAY Foods and Beverages has introduced three new drinks to the Nigerian market: Café Coffee Milk, Fuji Probiotic and Assam Milk Tea. This move aims to cater to the evolving tastes of Nigerian consumers and the growing demand for health-conscious beverages. The launch event, held in Ikeja, Lagos, was attended by key stakeholders, including distributors, staff and media representatives.

Speaking at the event, the company’s general manager, Mr. Arun Bhintade, highlighted the company’s commitment to innovation. He emphasized the importance of delivering healthy and nutritious products at affordable prices while maintaining high-quality standards. He expressed confidence in the readiness of the Nigerian market to embrace the new products, which were developed following extensive research and development.

To address the challenge of distributing these beverages across Nigeria, assistant general manager of sales, Mr. Bibek, outlined the company’s strategy. He explained that the company has developed a comprehensive distribution network to ensure the availability of the new products nationwide. The company’s supply chain management system, along with partnerships with distributors, will ensure easy access to Café Coffee Milk, Fuji Probiotic and Assam Milk Tea.

The marketing director, Mr. Rohit Prakash Gupta, reiterated the brand’s consumer-centric approach, noting that the new beverages go beyond meeting expectations by offering high quality at competitive prices. He emphasized that the products reflect the company’s commitment to understanding and anticipating consumer needs.

Brand and marketing manager, Awowoyin Ayobami, described Café Coffee Milk as a refreshing coffee-flavored beverage designed for Nigeria’s growing coffee culture. Meanwhile, Segun Ibidapo-Obe, brand and marketing manager for Fuji Probiotic, introduced the drink as a unique carbonated soft drink (CSD) with a yogurt flavor, promoting digestive health. Finally, Ayobami also spoke about Assam Milk Tea, a blend of Assam tea leaves and creamy milk, which introduces a new tea experience to the Nigerian market.
