… Celebrates birthday in grand style
As part of the event marking his birthday, LP strongman in Abia, Chief Iheanyichukwu Ugochukwu, popularly known as Prince Ugo, rolls out drums to celebrate his special day on July 12.
The event brought people from all walks of life who converged at his place to felicitate with him.
In his remarks, Prince Ugochukwu thanked God Almighty for preserving his life in good health, adding that God has been merciful.
While commending Abia State Gov, Alex Otti, for his developmental projects in the state, Chief Ugochukwu described him as the best thing that had ever happened to Ndi Abia.

Prince Ugo however call on the governor to revisit the Uzuakoli erosion menace, which is gradually reducing the agrarian communities to barren lands.
“If His Excellency Gov Otti can help address this erosion problem in Uzuakoli and the environ, the entire Bende would be eternally grateful to his Excellency, the governor.
On the insinuation, making the rounds in some social media platforms where it was alleged that Eze Ndigbo Ghana HRM Ihenetu intends to establish Igbo kingdom in Ghana, Chief Ugochukwu dismissed it describing it as handiwork of disgruntled detractors who are hell bent on causing confusion between Ndigbo and their host nation, Ghana.
In a live television program in Ghana, Chief Ugochukwu said the detractors based their allegation on interview allegedly granted by Eze Ihenetu 12 years ago, adding that no any hecters of land was ever acquired to establish Igbo Kingdom in Ghana.
“The Eze Igbo Ghana I know is a philantropist of high repute who has used his good office and NGO to attract investors to Ghana and Nigeria.
Aside from that, he was crowned Eze Ndigbo Ghana several years ago, and the revered Ga Traditional council confirmed his position as Eze Ndi Igbo Ghana
Eze Ihenetu has also been at the forefront in the campaign for Ndigbo to respect the tradition and law of Ghana. Through the Eze Ndigbo foundation, Eze Ihenetu has been able to reach out to the less privileged and is also the rallying point of Nigerians in Ghana.”
