Twenty-eight Nigerian entrepreneurs and business executives have returned from an extensive business immersion program in China organised by Dr. Ewulu Joseph Ifeanyi, Founder and CEO of Jovico Investment Ltd, with participants describing the initiative as a major breakthrough in building direct access to international manufacturers and expanding global business opportunities.
The two-and-a-half-week trade and mentorship program, held between April 16 and May 5, 2026, was organised by Jovico Investment Ltd in collaboration with Engineer Chidomere Ndubuisi, CEO of Pamtech Group. The delegation visited several of China’s major commercial and industrial cities, including Guangzhou, Beijing, Wuhan, Jinan, and other key manufacturing hubs.
The program was designed to provide Nigerian entrepreneurs with practical exposure to China’s manufacturing ecosystem, helping participants bypass intermediaries, establish direct supplier relationships, and better identify market opportunities within Nigeria.
Leveraging its long-standing trade operations and supplier network in China, Jovico Investment Ltd facilitated direct engagement between participants and manufacturers, giving delegates firsthand experience in factory operations, sourcing processes, product negotiations, and international trade systems.
Dr. Ewulu Joseph Ifeanyi personally supervised the coordination of the program throughout the trip, overseeing logistics, accommodation, transportation, factory tours, business meetings, and participant support across multiple cities in China.
Participants commended his leadership and hands-on involvement, noting that his experience and familiarity with the Chinese business environment eliminated many of the usual challenges associated with international trade travel.

Jovico Investment Ltd, widely recognised for its operations in electric bikes and automotive product distribution within Nigeria, used its established supplier relationships in China to provide participants with direct manufacturer access and opportunities for stronger pricing advantages, faster procurement processes, and long-term business partnerships.
For Nigerian businesses operating in sectors such as construction, architecture, automotive, retail, interior design, and consumer goods, direct sourcing from manufacturers is increasingly becoming essential in reducing operational costs and improving competitiveness.
Organisers described the 2026 edition of the program as part of a larger vision to create recurring international trade mentorship and exposure opportunities for Nigerian entrepreneurs and business leaders.
Although details for the next edition are yet to be announced, participants say the experience has already transformed their understanding of global sourcing, supplier engagement, and international business expansion.
