For the third time in two weeks, Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB), has announced a shift in dates for the registration exercise for the 2022 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) as well as Direct Entry (DE).
JAMB spokesman Dr Fabian Benjamin, in a statement on Tuesday, indicated that UTME and DE registration exercise earlier scheduled to start on Saturday, February 12, has been postponed to Saturday, February 19, and to end on Saturday, March 26
Dr Fabian explained that the one-week postponement was to allow for more fine-tuning of the upgraded and more user-friendly procedures for candidates that would register to participate in the 2022 UTME and DE.
He added: “The process, which will be concluded within the one-week extension period, was also aimed at accommodating feedbacks from candidates and other stakeholders alike.
He advised interested candidates to follow keenly the procedures for registration as would be made available on the Board’s website, its weekly bulletin as well as other media outlets.
Dr Fabian assured candidates and other stakeholders that JAMB is ever ready to provide world-class services to Nigerians.
