ITH Holdings, the parent company of IT Horizons, Zojatech, Mance and Zojapay, has commissioned its newly redesigned corporate office in Lagos as part of a broader strategy to deepen its footprint in Africa’s digital and technology landscape.
Speaking at the commissioning ceremony, Chief Executive Officer, Olusegun Dada, said the upgraded facility marks a significant step in the Group’s long-term plan to scale innovation, strengthen operational capacity and accelerate growth across its technology subsidiaries. Dada said IT Horizons is expanding its role as a leading enterprise infrastructure and managed services provider through new investments in cloud, cybersecurity and digital transformation capabilities. He added that Zojatech is enhancing its engineering capacity to build enterprise-grade applications tailored for African markets, while Zojapay is scaling its digital payment solutions to improve financial access for individuals and businesses.
“Our commitment remains unwavering, develop talent, innovate boldly and deliver long-term value through a customer-centric approach,” Dada said.
Chief Business Officer of IT Horizons, Joseph Oloyede, said the redesigned office aligns with the company’s ambition to scale its enterprise infrastructure, cloud and cybersecurity offerings. He noted that IT Horizons’ current footprint in Nigeria, Ghana and the United Kingdom positions the firm for broader market expansion. Ayomipe Olorunsola, Product Manager at Zojatech, said the company is strategically positioned to address complex software and digital product challenges across Africa. He said Zojatech’s growth plan focuses on strengthening engineering capabilities, expanding its product suite and working closely with enterprises that require secure and scalable digital solutions.
Speaking on Mance, the Group’s strategy and performance management platform, Olorunsola said it was developed to improve organisational alignment by ensuring employee outputs are directly tied to strategic goals. He said the platform aims to enhance accountability, engagement and overall performance tracking.
Senior Growth and Partnership Manager at Zojapay, Ekundayo Kiyesi, said the payments platform has been relaunched as a reward-driven solution for essential digital services, enabling users to earn cashback, enjoy discounts and access bundled subscription options. He said the platform also offers flexible loan features and secure transactions to help Nigerians save more on everyday bills.
Dada said the newly redesigned office provides a modern, collaborative environment that enables teams to innovate faster and deliver greater value to clients. The facility features upgraded technology infrastructure, expanded collaboration areas and a refreshed brand experience. It also incorporates sustainable design elements aimed at improving environmental efficiency and workplace wellness
