The Indigenous People of Biafra  (IPOB) has waded into the land dispute between the founder of the Zion Ministries,  evangelist Ebuka Obi and the Ngor-Okpala community in Imo State urging the government and other Igbo stakeholders to intervene to achieve a peaceful resolution. 

The land dispute which has attracted the attention of IPOB which has equally called on the State government to investigate ad settle it …. Ebuka Obi to the Imo State government prior to his visit to Owerri to meet with the governor of Imo State, Hope Uzodimma. Communities in (Mba isii) need to uphold their initial efforts and resolve this issue.

” IPOB will refuse to acknowledge the suggestions of distractors since they instructed Ebuka Obi to meet with the government prior to obtaining the land alongside Eze Imo, local leaders of the host communities, and several government representatives in Owerri. The communities need to uphold peaceful resolutions since no one took their land through force.
