IGP presents N13bn cheque to families of deceased, injured police officers

The Inspector General of Police (IGP), Usman Baba, has presented a check of N13 billion to the families of police officers killed between 2012-2020.

The amount also covers personnel who got injured while carrying out their duties between 2012-2021.

Over 6,000, families of slain personnel are expected to benefit from the money.
