Daily Sun gathered that Gidado’s resignation was contained in a letter addressed to Governor Mohammed Abubakar dated May 16, 2018.
The erstwhile deputy governor who was rarely seen in public of recent said he pledged to be in office for a single term but was forced to resign before the expiration of the first tenure owing to what he termed ” waning political atmosphere.
