Reflecting on the competitive landscape, Galadima reminisced about his tenure as the chairman of Basira FC. “When I was the chairman of Basira FC, my team defeated Nasarawa United and qualified for the competition,” he recalled, emphasizing the potential for underdog teams to triumph.
In a spirited declaration, Abdullahi Yakubu Doma, the owner and founder of AYD Football Club, exuded confidence in his team’s abilities. “I am not afraid of facing Nasarawa United in the semi-finals,” Doma asserted, citing the quality of players within his ranks.
