According to APC National Youths Leader and Training Convener, Dayo Israel, the four-day event is an employment skills enhancement and office management skills training programme that is designed to help young Nigerians, from age 16 and above develop the core skills that employers desire, improving their ability to secure a job, retain employment, and move flexibly in the labour market.
He said the programme will equip participants with better personal-branding skills for effective curriculum vitae and resume presentation, core workplace skills, new ways of thinking and accomplishing tasks, as well as competitive ways of living in a global society.

“This transformative initiative is part of the APC National Youth Strategic Plan 2024-2027, which reflects my commitment to youths empowerment and development through strategic initiatives and partnerships. The programme is specifically designed to enhance the employability of youths, graduates, National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) members, and individuals transitioning careers in today’s competitive job market.
“Our primary goal with this programme is to improve the economic capacity of young Nigerians, especially young progressives, by empowering them with the necessary core skills that will enhance their ability to secure a job, retain employment, and move flexibly in the labour market – prepare young people for the workplace.
