Adron Homes boss, Emmanuel-King picks more laurels
For nearly 12 years now, property mogul, Aare Adetola Emmanuel King has redefined the real estate sector and led his brand, Adron Homes to soar onto the list of Nigerian-owned companies with prestigious global representation. He has been disrupting the real estate market with innovative ideas. These ideas are so unique that many wonder how he has been able to come up with them and break barriers in the ubiquitous sector. This is not just as a result of Emmanuel King’s expertise as a shrewd businessman but for the openness with which he runs the operation of his company and giving his thousands of subscribers the best possible investing experience. In ten years of operation, his Adron Homes has over 40 estates to its credit – which can be considered a significant feat even among the big players in real estate. As of 2018, his company has already hit N100 billion in assets.
The Ilishan-Remo, Ogun State-born vibrant real estate guru has shattered the myth around real estate that it’s only for the rich. Through his Adron brand, Emmanuel King is dedicated to the journey to help low-income earners get affordable homes with a seamless payment plan. This altruistic scheme has drawn applause and laurel from far and wide to Emmanuel King and his company. Recently, the debonair magnate added another laurel to his mantelpiece as his company was recognised with an award for the Biggest and Best Run Real Estate Firm in Nigeria at the just concluded Real Estate Conference and Recognition Awards, RECA. At the event attended by elites and top real estate practitioners from across Nigeria, Emmanuel King —the Aare Apesinola of Ibadanland— was honoured for his professional strength and direct efforts at improving humanity, especially in the area of affordable housing in Nigeria.
