To executive chef, Zuheir Dika, Eko Hotels is committed to exceeding the expectations of guests by creating something spectacular and serving excellent dishes that appeal to international taste and guarantee classic dining experience.
However, the tall, bearded pastry chef, Abdallah believes he is a custodian of exotic creamy master strokes and adept at creating magic moments for pastry and exotic desserts lovers.
On his part, Ladi Smith says he’s proud to invite guests to 88 Restaurant to experience amazing interpretations of Afro-centric continental dishes, tastes and impeccable hospitality.
According to Chefs Saepudin and Lai Giri, Kuramo Sports Café, Lagoon Breeze and Calabash Bar offer the best buffet showcase, with guests savouring the soothing breeze of the Atlantic Ocean on the patio facility.
