Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesome Wike, yesterday, flagged off the construction of a crucial road project connecting Transit Way (N2) in the Wuse District to Abuja’s central area.

Explaining the origin of the project’s location during his inspection tour, Wike, said: “In one of our inspection periods, starting from the area near the T.Y. Danjuma Foundation, I recognised the bold step taken by our elder statesman to begin construction of that road. I said these are citizens who mean well for our people.”
He further emphasised his commitment to the project, stating: “I joined the Executive Secretary of FCDA who took over from that point, to link it up to Wuse with two bridges. Today, to the glory of God, we are here to flag it off.”
