Real estate firm, Ilu-Oba International Limited has made Nollywood actor, Adeniyi Johnson the face of its newly acquired Passant Estate.
Speaking on the development, the CEO of Ilu-Oba International Limited, Adepoju Adeyemi Michael, disclosed that the actor was chosen based on his large fan base and impeccable character.
“After much deliberation, the team decided to pick Adeniyi Johnson as a result of his contributions to society. For instance, during the #EndSars protest, the actor was one of those who curbed the protesting youths from burning down the Ikotun police station. As a team, we sought for a personality that can stick to the brand through thick and thin, and Adeniyi is a true representation of what we stand for,” he affirmed.
In his remarks, Adeniyi Johnson noted that being a part of the new estate is a laudable initiative, as it’s been a long journey because the official signing should have taken place over three years ago.
“Having been a face of some real estate firms in the past and judging by my experience, I can attest 100% to the fact that Ilu-Oba International is not dubious, as their allocation process comes immediately after payment. Their integrity is second to none. Therefore, I urge Nigerians, most especially, the youths to invest in Passant Estate,” the actor said.
