Zamfara State Police Commissioner Mr Celestine Okoye has dispelled insinuations that the command arrested a vehicle conveying confidential Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) election materials in the state.
Okoye made the clarification at a joint press briefing with INEC at the police command headquarters in Gusau.
The police commissioner said officers of the command during a stop-and-search operation stopped a J5 Peugeot bus and discovered that the items it was carrying had INEC logos on them.
