At least two teams have qualified for this year’s FIFA Club World Cup semi-final, which will take place in the United States.
This followed the conclusion of the quarter-final game, which was played early Saturday morning.
Fluminense and Chelsea have both advanced to the final four.
Fluminense had defeated Al Hilal 2-1 in the quarter-final fixture played on Friday night.
Goals from Matheus Martinelli and Hércules gave the Brazilian club the victory against Al Hilal.
Meanwhile, Chelsea also win by the same scoreline against Palmeiras.
Cole Palmer had given the Blues the lead in the first half but Estêvão equalized in the second half.
However, a late own goal from Agustín Giay ensured Enzo Maresca’s defeated the Brazilian side and progress to the last-4.
The remaining quarter-final fixtures will take place later today.
Paris Saint-Germain will face Bayern Munich, while Borussia Dortmund will clash with Real Madrid.
