The Supreme Court has commenced proceedings in the multiple appeals filed by the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, his counterpart in the Labour Party (LP) Mr. Peter Obi and the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) seeking to nullify President Bola Tinubu’s election victory.
A seven-member panel of the court headed by Justice John Okoro opened hearing with the appeal filed by Atiku Abubakar and his party, the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).
Other members of the panel are Justices Uwani Abba-Aji, Mohammed Lawal Garba, Adamu Jauro, Ibrahim Saulawa, Tijani Abubakar and Emmanuel Agim.
