Fast rising artist, Meshark O. Akpan popularly known as Shark2six recently dropped his new single entitled, ‘Do-Remi’ as he made his debut appearance by staging the biggest music concert in Cross River state tagged, ‘Xclusive Music Concert With Shark2six.’
According to reports, he is the first musician in Calabar to organise a concert in his home town with over 3000 audience and without the invitation or support of a guest artist.
The event, tagged “Xclusive Music concert with Shark2six which took place on January 12, 2020 is said to have been the biggest concert in the state till date.
A statement made available to the media reads: “He’s the first to organise a concert this big in Calabar, and also the most supportive artiste whose single-handed benevolence has helped fellow upcoming artistes, event organisers and brands in the state.”
Reports also have it that he is the first independent singer in the state to have his debut video entitled “Anita” premiered on top television channels in Africa and beyond.
Shark2six who is of the Fastlane Music had his new single “Do-Remi,” directed by Prodigeefilmworks. It is set to premiere on October 31st, 2020.
