Edin&People Limited has commenced construction of Green Haven, a residential real estate project located in Karsana, Abuja.
The development began with a groundbreaking ceremony attended by the company’s management and clients.
Speaking at the event, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Edin&People Limited, Architect Ijahenda James, said the project marked a step in the company’s development plans.
“Every successful development begins with a vision, but what truly matters is the commitment to turn that vision into reality. Green Haven represents another important step in our journey as a company,” James said.
He added that the project was designed to reflect the company’s approach to residential development, with emphasis on planning and quality.
The company’s Chief Operating Officer, Engineer John Peter Zira, said the commencement of construction would require proper planning and coordination.
“The groundbreaking is more than a symbolic activity; it represents the beginning of the actual work required to bring Green Haven to life. Our focus is on ensuring that the development process is approached with the necessary planning, coordination and attention to detail,” Zira said.
Some clients who attended the ceremony also expressed their views on the commencement of the project.
One of the clients, Mr. Ezekiel Harris, said the beginning of construction was an encouraging development.
“It is always reassuring to see a project move beyond promises and into actual development. Seeing Edin&People take this step with Green Haven gives me something tangible to look forward to,” he said.
Another client, Miss Nafisat Bello, said she was interested in the project’s concept of combining residential living with nature.
“Green Haven is an exciting prospect, particularly because of the idea behind it. The concept of combining modern living with nature is something I find appealing,” Bello said.
