Senator Francis Alimikhena (PDP – Edo North) has condemned Friday’s attack on the convoy of the General Overseer of Omega Fire Ministries (OFM), Apostle Johnson Suleman, which led to the death of some security details attached to him and other civilians.

In a statement by his media aide, Benjamin Atu, which was made available to the Daily Sun, the lawmaker called on the security agencies to sanitise the roads and intensify efforts to urgently bring the perpetrators of the dastardly act to justice

The Edo North Senator condoled with the cleric and families of the victims of the attack, even as he prayed to God to grant the souls of the departed eternal rest and comfort their families.

He assured residents of Edo North that more pragmatic efforts would be made to secure the zone and make it more peaceful.
