The Federal Airport Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) has given out tips to ease travel during the Sallah festive season.
The Authority said passengers should:
1. Arrive early: Passengers should aim for three hours before departure for international flights and two hours for domestic flights.
2. Pack and watch your belongings: Passengers should pack their luggage themselves and not leave it unattended. Keep an eye on your valuables during screening.
3. Avoid illegal services: Passengers should park their vehicles properly to avoid towing and they should not use the services of louts.
4. Be aware of and follow regulations on prohibited items.
5. Seek help: Information desks are available at all airports to assist passengers.
