General Overseer and Senior Pastor, Rock of Victory Ministry International in Johannesburg, South Africa, Rev. Francis Anosike, has said the challenges confronting Nigerians and other foreigners in the country require divine intervention.
Anosike, who has lived and ministered in South Africa for more than 22 years and considers the General Overseer of the Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Revival Ministry, Pastor Lazarus Muoka, as his spiritual father and mentor, explained that some of the tensions currently experienced in South Africa are linked to political disagreements among local political groups, resulting in periodic violence.
Despite the situation, he praised South Africans as hospitable people and commended the government for making efforts to protect both citizens and foreigners living in the country.
Speaking on his relationship with Muoka, Anosike said he had spent over 31 years preaching the gospel across different parts of the world and had encountered many ministers, but found the Lord’s Chosen founder to be unique.
“I have seen many men of God, but Pastor Lazarus Muoka is exceptional. He is a man of integrity who practises what he preaches. That is what attracted him to me,” he said.
Anosike disclosed that God directed him to submit under Muoka’s spiritual leadership about 18 years ago after a season of prayer and seeking divine guidance following his exit from another ministry. He said Muoka’s life and ministry have inspired him for nearly two decades.
Speaking also, Muoka urged Christians and the general public to flee from fornication and adultery, warning that both sins carry grave spiritual and earthly consequences, including a shortened lifespan and the loss of God’s blessings.
Pastor Muoka made the call during the church’s biennial international crusade, themed “And The Enemies Submitted,” where thousands of worshippers from Nigeria and other countries gathered for two days of prayers, teachings and miracles.
Preaching on the dangers of sexual immorality, Muoka described fornication and adultery as serious offences against God, stressing that both are expressly forbidden in the Bible.

According to him, fornication is committed by unmarried individuals, while adultery involves married persons engaging in sexual relationships outside their marriage. He noted that despite the difference in definition, both acts attract God’s judgment.
“Flee fornication and adultery because both are forbidden by God,” he declared. “Anyone who indulges in these sins places himself or herself under a curse and risks losing God’s favour.”
The cleric warned that sexual immorality destroys lives, families and destinies. He said those involved in such practices gradually lose their dignity, strength, honour and spiritual authority.
Describing the sins as “gross wickedness,” Muoka said they reduce human dignity and can make a person “a vagabond.” He added that regardless of one’s social status or wealth, continued indulgence in sexual immorality would eventually lead to the loss of everything acquired.
He further cautioned against the dangers associated with illicit relationships, saying unfaithfulness in marriage could expose individuals to violence, poisoning and even death.
According to him, women involved in extramarital affairs may harm their partners, while men who abandon their wives for other women also expose themselves to serious dangers. He also warned against abortion, stating that those who repeatedly procure abortions may later struggle with childlessness.
Muoka urged those living in sin to repent and return to God, assuring them that genuine repentance would restore divine favour and reverse negative circumstances.
He cited the biblical example of Samson, saying sexual immorality robbed the Old Testament hero of his strength and ultimately brought punishment upon him.
Quoting biblical injunctions against adultery and fornication, the preacher reminded worshippers that God’s commandments remain unchanged and called on believers to amend their ways before it is too late.
“…And The Enemies Submitted” crusade is held once every two years by the Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Revival Ministry and attracts participants from across the globe. The latest edition drew thousands of members and non-members who attended the two-day programme for worship, prayers and spiritual renewal.
