Prestige Elite Club holds End of Year Induction Party for old and new members

Executives and Members of Prestige Elite Club at the End of Year/Induction Party

All roads led to Loral Private Schools Festac Town Lagos Sunday the 1st of December, 2024 when Prestige Elite Club held its 5th Induction ceremony and End of Year Party for its old and new members.

The event kicked off with a Thanksgiving church service by 8am at Holy Family Catholic Church Festac Town with the President of club Prestige Ehidiamen Anthony Ukhun, Vice President Prestige Maureen Anyanwu with other executives, members and stakeholders in attendance.

In his opening remarks while welcoming all gathered at the Induction ceremony, President Prestige Ehidiamen Anthony Ukhun disclosed that year 2024 has indeed been one of mixed blessings and opportunities for the organization as they recorded giant strides in delivering lofty projects across their host community.

He highlighted the long list of projects undertaken within 2024, which included

Education Support Programs within schools to raise awareness on topical issues as well as health educating and sharpening young minds within the school learning environment.

He noted the Club Support for Nigeria Correctional Service Maximum Custodial Center Kiri Kiri, stating how the club members spent the entire 31st March 2024 providing food to over 2300 inmates and necessary supplies (tooth paste and brushes, bathing and washing soapand Slippers) He noted the high point of the day was the discussion sessions with inmates which was educative and insigtful.

He noted that the harsh economic situation in the country, the club since 2023, has been able to distribute raw food materials to people within their community on a bi-monthly basis. 

In the area of empowerment, he stated that Prestige Elite Club has been doing a lot to help people gain new skills for economic survival.

“As a club, one of our main causes is our empowerment programmes.

We have identified and plan to empower widows, Post secondary school students, and community members in four areas, which are Information Technology, Tailoring and Fashion Design, Catering and Events Management, and finally Soap making. Noting the commencement of the IT Trainings (cyber security, digital marketing, data science & analytics etc) in the month of October 2024.

As 2025 beckons, the other empowerment programs ( Soap making, catering and event management and tailoring and fashion design) will commence in full swing and demanded the support of all”

He further enjoined all new inductees (members and patrons) to bring to the table their unique skills and passion in making Prestige Elite Club the club to beat and also encouraged them to participate in projects mapped out for the year 2025.

Three new members were inducted into Prestige Elite Club,amongst whom are Mr Jude Duru, Mrs Aguguo Immaculate Ijeoma, and Mrs Izuka Afomachukwu

They all took their oath of allegiance and automatically became members of the club.

For Mrs Aguguo Immaculate Ijeoma, she disclosed that being a member of the club is a dream come true for her and one of her reasons for joining is as a reault of her passion to give back to the society and this she hopes to achieve with a body like Prestige Elite Club.

While for Mrs Izuka Afomachukwu,she said has been helping out people around her selflessly, and her passion to do more led her to Prestige Elite Club and hopes to impact more lives as the years go by.

The Vice President who doubles as the 

Chairperson, End of Year Planning Committee Prestige Maureen Anyanwu also took out time to thank all who came to honour their invitation.

She disclosed that the year 2024 has been fantastic for the club and thanked all who made 2024 a Success Story.

She welcomed the new inductees and urged them to be good ambassadors of the club wherever they go and also tasked them to be ready to work and grow with the club with the spirit of oneness,teamwork and joy as the new year beckons.
