Governor Caleb Mutfwang of Plateau State has sacked five members of his cabinet in the second cabinet reshuffle since his assumption of office.

It was gathered that the affected commissioners were relieved of their duties due to alleged underperformance.

A statement by the Secretary to the Government of Plateau State (SGS), Samuel Jatau, confirmed the development.

The affected commissioners and their ministries are Chrysanthus Dawam – Budget and Economic Planning, Noel Nkup – Youth and Sports, Jamila Tukur – Tourism and Hospitality, Obed Goselle – Science and Technology, Sule Musa – Commerce and Industry

Chrysanthus Dawam and Jamila Tukur were suspended for three months last year for undisclosed reasons.

They were replaced by Joy Ramnap, former deputy Speaker PLHA, Dr. Sunday Alex from Bassa, Slyvanus Dongtoe; Quan Pan, Dr. Nicolas Bamnong; Quan Pan and Cornelius Doeyok from Quan Pan.
