One person was shot dead, on Monday, and another inflicted with gunshots injuries, when a suspected group of cultists attacked Alheri community in Jos North Local Government Area of Plateau State.
The Daily Sun gathered that the incident occurred at a drinking joint at about 11:00pm, which threw the entire community into confusion as innocent people were ran for dear lives.
Police Public Relation Officer (PPRO), Tyopev Matthias Terna, confirmed the incident and said Chibuze Ogbukagu was shot dead and his corpse was deposited at the Mortuary of Bingham University Teaching Hospital Jos.
