Nigerian Exchange Group (NGX) has officially announced the resignation of its Group Company Secretary, Obehi Ikhaghe, effective February 19, 2024.
The notification was issued by the Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Temi Popoola on Tuesday.
Popoola stated that following the resignation, “Izuchukwu Akpa, a seasoned lawyer with extensive expertise in Company Secretarial, Compliance, Corporate Law, and General Legal Practice, has been selected to fill the role of Acting Company Secretary until a substantive replacement is appointed.”
Popoola added that Akpa is “A graduate of the University of Nigeria (UNN), holds several professional certifications with membership across diverse professional bodies.”
