The nine-member panel of justices of the apex court presided over by Justice John Okoro, said the court will deliver judgment as soon as possible.
Earlier, Justice Okoro had while responding to an application by the Attorney General of Abia State seeking to join the suit as a separate suit similar to the one earlier brought by the Rivers State Government through its counsel Emmanuel Ukala, SAN, said new parties wishing to join the suit would no longer be allowed.
