It was pomp and pageantry as old students of Lumen Christi International High School resident in the United States of America held its 2023 reunion and chapter inauguration themed leading with competence and confidence
The ceremony held at the Texas Style Event Space, Houston, Texas, was the climax of a line up of weekend activities and had a great turnout of old students from the United States and North America in attendance.
Its climax was the swearing of the executives: Governor – Osayande Asuen, Deputy Governor – Uyi Osadebamwen, General Secretary-Rapheal Osagiede, Financial Secretary-Ufouma Ikogho-, Treasurer-Tolulope Adeosun and Publicity Secretary -Anthony CHIGBO Agulue.
Speaking after his inauguration as Lucosa USA Chapter Governor, Asuen stated that the Inauguration of the USA chapter marked a new beginning and pledged to grow the association in line with his mandate.
In his goodwill message, Kingsley Oseghale, national president of the LUCOSA commended members of the USA chapter for the initiative and challenged them to carry all sets along and discharge their duties dutifully.
Former LUCOSA presidents, Paul Usenbo and Dr Michael Ezeanochie charged members to give the new executives maximum support to succeed and uphold the values of the Alumni.
The USA chapter joins other chapters of the LUCOSA Alumni Association in the North America,Europe,United Kingdom and Nigeria.
