Defender Mohammad Abu Ghosh has been called up to Jordan’s World Cup squad to replace the injured Ibrahim Sabra, the country’sfootball association (JFA) said on Monday.
Forward Sabra withdrew with a torn ankle ligament,paving the way for the uncapped 20-year-old Abu Ghosh to join Jamal Sellami’s 26-man squad.
Debutants Jordan are in Group J and will face Austria, Algeria and defending champions Argentina.
