• Unveils FlipScript Homes’ The Maison

FlipScript Homes, a real estate firm run by actress, filmmaker and entrepreneur, Chika Ike recently unveiled its latest project, The Maison, which consists two 4-bedroom duplexes and two apartment buildings featuring 12 2-bedrooms and 1-bedroom flats each.
In attendance during the launch at Oakland Estate, Sangotedo, Lekki, Lagos were some big names in Nollywood and property industries including Chigurl, Stephanie Bond, Peggy Leonard, Bond Smith, Medlin Boss, Mary Uranta, and Tricia Esiegbe Kerry.
Speaking on how she got into real estate business, Chika Ike said: “For me, investing in real estate is one of the best decisions I have ever made. It has afforded me the opportunity to grow steadily and consistently over the years, while being able to carefully and systematically diversify my investment portfolios.”
According to Ike, FlipScript Homes is driven by a vision to provide high standard yet affordable housing solutions, with an aspiration to facilitate a seamless home ownership process, by offering flexible payment opportunities that will in turn enhance the economic development of Lagos State.
One of the realtors at the launch applauded the thespian for the new project. He said, “These apartments have been well designed and are spacious compared to what we see out there. I must commend the use of space and attention to detail in providing what the homeowner would need.”
The property is serviced in a gated estate, featuring 24 hours security, spacious playground for children, relaxation area, adequate parking, and the apartments come fully fitted with kitchen wares and wardrobes, all en-suite, with a standby generator and security cameras among others.
