IGP elevates 5 officers to DSPs in Ogun

The Inspector General of Police IGP Olukayode Egbetokun has approved the promotion of five Police Officers from the rank of Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) to Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) in Ifo Police  Divisional Headquarters, Ogun State.

The ceremony was held at Ifo Police  Divisional Headquarters,last Friday.

The newly promoted and decorated officers are DSPs A. Bisi Egbohor Akhabve, Ebila Busola, Joseph Rebecca and Omolara Oke.

Speaking at the occasion, the Divisional Police Officer (DPO) incharge  of the  Station, CSP Abiodun Ayinde, admonished the new officers to be up and doing in their duty posts and to be more responsive during and after their office period.

He charged them to be a good ambassadors of the  Force always.

The new officers also expressed gratitude to the IGP and the entire  NPF for lifting them to new ranks, adding that they would continue to work for the progress of the Force.
