From Tony Osauzo, Benin

An indigenous real estate development company has committed itself to the provision of affordable housing with a blend of modern design and cultural heritage for Nigerians.

With an initial focus on the development of estates, Ughoron Investment Limited according to Imasuen Amowie Izoduwa, its Chief Executive Officer, is building trust in the Edo market, while also deeply involved in community engagement.

Izoduwa disclosed that one of the key projects of his company is the ongoing Ere Villa located in Uhie Community, near Benin City which was launched in December last year.

“Our groundbreaking project right now that is causing waves in the real estate sector is the Ere villa which comes in luxurious building designs (2 and 3-bedroom Terraces and 4 and 5-bedroom duplexes).

“It is loaded with free General C of O along with Deed and Survey Documents, in addition to well-paved roads, streetlights, perimeter fence, gate house, security, drainage and water treatment plant.

“The villa is also complete with an independent power plant, to provide
very stable electricity, a shopping mall, cottage hospital, hotel, school, CCTV and in green areas, water fountain, green parks and gardens”, he explained.

According to Izoduwa, the Ere villa is one of its kind and is the actual showcase of Ughoron’s focus on anticipating evolving client needs within the luxury market.

On security in the villa, he said that in February Ughoron Investment Company proposed the building of a standard police station to address security concerns in Uhie Community and began actual construction in March this year.

On ways to acquire a part of the villa, he said, “Ughoron will soon be expanding into virtual reality (VR) tours, to offer potential buyers immersive experiences of their properties while allowing instalment payment in all the properties of up to two years.”
