To boost Nigeria’s commercial transport sector, TVS Motor Company has partnered with Enviable Tricycle Auto Parts Ltd to triple its retail and service network across Nigeria, from 17 to 47 outlets.

The alliance, announced on Wednesday, positions Enviable as an additional distributor for the Indian two- and three-wheeler manufacturer. It will roll out new exclusive 3S (Sales, Service, and Spare Parts) facilities in key locations, aiming to dramatically improve access to genuine TVS products and after-sales support for commercial tricycle (“Keke”) operators and other riders.

Speaking at the event, which included a showroom launch, Obi Cubana highlighted the unique positioning of the collaboration involving Enviable Group and NBL Group.

“Between the product donors and the product distributors here in Nigeria, no other person, I will not say no other company, is better positioned to drive this partnership than the NBL Group,” he said.

He praised NBL Group’s deep industry insight, noting that its leadership includes former operators with firsthand understanding of mobility challenges. Operating in 21 states and expanding, the group is “taking the business to the people” rather than waiting for customers to come to them.

The new facilities go beyond vehicle sales, offering a premium experience that includes modern lounges and a focus on rider dignity.

“When you come in here from the showroom downstairs, we are not just selling you the machine, we are also selling you an experience,” Cubana emphasised.

He added: “We make them know that they are a very important and integral part of the transportation and mobility ecosystem in Nigeria.”

Enviable Tricycle Auto Parts Ltd’s Managing Director, Ituma Chukwuemeka Enviable, called the deal a “defining moment” for his company.

“This partnership reflects our growing role as a key execution partner in Nigeria’s mobility ecosystem,” he said. “By combining our nationwide distribution capabilities with TVS Motor Company’s globally trusted product portfolio, we are positioned to deliver improved access, stronger service reach and enhanced value to customers across the country.”

TVS President for International Business, Peyman Kargar, described Nigeria as central to the company’s global strategy.

“Nigeria is a strategically important market for TVS Motor Company and has been our stronghold. Our focus continues on building a scalable footprint in the region, strengthening customer experience, and creating sustainable long-term value.”

Africa remains TVS’s largest international region, accounting for 25% of overall sales in the 2025 financial year, more than half of global operational revenue, and nearly 70% of export unit volumes.

The partnership will introduce additional models tailored to Nigerian needs and strengthen hire-purchase and support schemes for commercial operators.

Industry observers view the move as a major competitive shift in Nigeria’s booming two- and three-wheeler segment, where reliable, affordable mobility solutions are in high demand amid rapid urbanisation and population growth.
