Nigeria U-20 Head coach, Ladan Bosso has charged his wards to beat Brazil in Saturday’s final Group D match of the ongoing U-20 World Cup in Argentina.

Bosso admitted that their opponents are tactically and technically good but he is not worried about it.

The former Kano Pillars tactician said the Flying Eagles have all to play hence the need to go all out for an emphatic victory to prove that the earlier victory recorded over Dominican Republic and Italy were no fluke.

Nigeria will travel to face the in-form Brazilian side at the La Plata, speaking to the media ahead of the match; Bosso expressed optimism that the Brazilians would receive the same treatment as Dominican Republic and Italy.

“For now, it is certain that we have qualified from our group with 6 points, and those players who have not played in the first two matches, I think we have to give them a chance to showcase themselves, we would play a normal game with Brazil, and I think they are beatable. I expect an improved performance against the Brazilians,” the 55-year-old coach posited.

“For now, it is still work in progress, we are still in the tournament, we can never be satisfied yet until we play the final,” he summed up.

The Flying Eagles team has lost three of their past five games vs Brazil’s U-20 team, falling 4–2 in 2015.
