The Federal Government on Tuesday launched three digital platforms — the Reform Tracker, the Knowledge Repository, and the National Strategy for Public Service Reforms (NSPSR) Dashboard — aimed at strengthening transparency, accountability, performance monitoring, and knowledge management across the Federal Public Service.
The platforms, developed by the Bureau of Public Service Reforms (BPSR), were unveiled at an event in Abuja by the Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (OSGF), according to a statement issued by the Head of the Information and Public Relations Department, Chris Ugwuegbulam.
Secretary to the Government of the Federation, George Akume, described the tools as an integrated digital ecosystem that will transform how reforms are monitored, documented and communicated across Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs).
Represented at the event by his Senior Technical Adviser, Babatunde Bernard, the SGF said the Reform Tracker will provide “a credible and reliable mechanism for monitoring reform milestones, implementation timelines and key performance indicators across MDAs,” adding that the system will enhance accountability and help ensure reforms are delivered as planned.
“The deployment of these applications demonstrates the Federal Government’s unwavering commitment to building a transparent, accountable, technology-driven and results-oriented public service capable of delivering quality services to Nigerians,” Prof. Bernard quoted the SGF as saying.
BPSR Director-General Dasuki Arabi described the launch as a milestone in efforts to institutionalise reforms through innovation and evidence-based governance.
“These platforms were developed to provide the government with practical digital instruments that will ensure reforms are effectively implemented, continuously monitored, measured and sustained across the Federal Public Service,” he said.

Arabi noted that past reform efforts in Nigeria were hampered by the absence of a unified system to track implementation, measure impact and preserve institutional knowledge.
“The newly developed digital platforms are specifically designed to address these challenges by providing an integrated ecosystem for managing reforms across government,” he said.
The Knowledge Repository is intended to serve as the government’s central digital library for reform-related policies, strategies, reports, guidelines and case studies. According to the BPSR, the repository will preserve institutional memory, reduce duplication of effort, promote evidence-based policymaking and foster continuous learning across the public service.
The NSPSR Dashboard will give decision-makers a real-time visual view of progress on the National Strategy for Public Service Reforms, enabling officials to track performance across the strategy’s pillars, identify implementation gaps and make informed policy decisions.
In his welcome address, Permanent Secretary, Cabinet Affairs Office (CAO), John Ezeamama, congratulated Arabi and the BPSR team for developing the platforms and said the tools would support the implementation of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda.
“The introduction of these platforms represents another important step towards building a more transparent, efficient and performance-driven public service. They will strengthen institutional capacity and provide government with the necessary tools to monitor progress and improve service delivery,” Ezeamama said.
The launch concluded with a practical demonstration of the operational features of the three digital tools.
