The occasion, which was held in Sangotedo, Ajah, Lagos, also served as a stock-taking event, taking into cognisance the progress and challenges of the organisation as well as providing insight for the new year. Furthermore, more than 30 realtors were also rewarded with gifts such as refrigerators and hampers, among others.
The managing director of the company, Mrs. Bukky Asoya, in her welcome address, said: “We are having our end-of-year party today, and it is to appreciate all our customers and realtors. We have some incentives that we give to our highest-selling realtors and some other people that sold for us. Basically, it is to appreciate them.
“Aviance Homes and Properties Limited is into real estate development and what we do is to sell affordable properties and houses. We buy in bulk and sell in retail to customers.
“Aviance Homes Limited has been in operations for two years now, though I have five years’ experience in real estate. I have been in the corporate world where I have worked for about 20 years as CFO, Microsoft, Signal Alliance, Domino Pizza, etc, and now I have ventured into entrepreneurship, which is real estate. We are barely two years and we have serviced over 150 customers so far and we have close to 350 realtors.
“The cutting edge that we have over competitors is integrity that we bring to the table and we also do instant allocation. For example, as we are here, if you buy a land, we will allocate it to you immediately and you don’t need to wait for two or three months before you get your land. As an honest person, you buy something, you paid for it, you ought to get your land. I looked at it that I can redefine integrity and give instant allocation and that is what we have done for over two years.”
In the same vein, Blessing Olayiwola, business development manager, Aviance Homes and Property Limited, said: “My first appreciation goes to God for making this programme a great success today, management and all strong and dedicated realtors.
“As we bid farewell to another remarkable year in the world of real estate, today is all about celebrating the end of a chapter. It is about rejoicing in the success and forging in that direction and setting our eyes and sight on the properties and horizon that the new year holds.
“As we are here today, surrounded by the mutual light of great achievements, it is impossible not to reflect on the incredible journey that we have undertaken together. This past year has been a testament to our dedication and commitment to excellence. In a dynamic world of real estate, each transaction is a story, every client is a chapter and every achievement is a milestone. In other not to ravel in our shared time, but also to express our heartfelt gratitude to all of you and supporters, management and all the realtors who are the driving force behind our collective success today.
“Our exceptional teams of realtors are more targeted, navigating through challenges, turning obstacles into challenges and transforming dreams into reality for our fans. Your passion, perseverance and professionalism has truly set a new benchmark in the industry and for that, we applaud each and every one of you.”
Beaming with joy, one of the realtors, Lucy Peter, who won a prize, said: “I am grateful to the company for recognizing hard work put in by realtors. I will put in more efforts so that, at the end of the year, I will be among the winners recognized and given an award.”
