Manchester United manager, Ruben Amorim, was so angry after their defeat to Brighton that he caused damage to a big screen television in the dressing room.
The Seagulls claimed a consecutive win at Old Trafford last weekend.
United’s 3-1 loss was their sixth defeat in 12 league home games.
It also was Amorim’s seventh defeat since taking over in November.
After the game, Amorim became enraged as he lambasted his team’s poor performance.
Later, in front of the media, he referred to them as “perhaps the worst team in United’s history.”
According to The Athletic, the 39-year-old unleashed his frustrations on his teammates, a departure from his typical strategy of remaining silent until the next day.
According to reports, the television, which was utilized for tactics before kickoff and at halftime, will need to be repaired fast.
However, the repairs are likely to be completed in time for their Europa League match against Rangers at Old Trafford on Thursday.
