Fast rising Afrobeats singer, Damzkit is making waves with his new single, Selecta released on July 17.
Damzkit, whose real name is Ibrahim Damilola Ojomu, is a Maryland, USA-born Nigerian and graduate of Computer Networks and Cybersecurity. He has to his credits works like Hold On, Corner ft. Zlatan, Stand in Line ft. Dremo, and Touch and Go. His EP, Hypnotized boasts a rich list of songs including Biliki, Zombie, Galadinma ft. Ice Prince, Answer Me, and Gbowo.
The 28-year-old music talent explained that his new single evolved out of studio freestyle, just as he confirmed that its video would drop soon.
“I discovered my passion for music at a young age of 11, and I’ve been honing my craft ever since. When writing songs, I draw inspiration from my life experiences and the world around me. It usually takes me a few days to write a song,” Damzkit noted.
